Job Description
Conduct daily training in FOH and BOH cafΓ© operations (e.g., food prep, cashiering, customer service, dishwashing, station setup)
Implement PBIS strategies and structured vocational teaching methods
Develop and maintain training materials: visual aids, SOPs, task sequences, and checklists
Supervise trainees during live cafΓ© operations, ensuring safety, quality, and service standards
Collaborate with the Production Team for pastries, baked goods, and product-based vocational training
Support trainees in achieving their Standards of Work Performance (SWP) milestones
Monitor trainee progress, maintain proper documentation, and report behavioural/learning concerns
Uphold HALAL guidelines, food safety requirements, and cleanliness standards
