F & B Assistant Manager

Salary circa £35k - DOE

Hotel: North Leeds

The role

You will support the F&B Direct Operations Manager in running the venue's dining, bar, and events operations such as weddings and conferences. Key duties include leading front‑of‑house staff, monitoring daily service quality, managing stock and being involved in budgets, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

They are looking for an enthusiastic personality, good potential to train and invest in, someone able to help up‑sell restaurant dishes and wines, increase standards, build team morale, and grow their career with support and investment from the hotel.
