Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
**FINANCIAL RETURNS**
+ Drive promotions to increase customer covers, enhance brand exposure, and maximise revenue.
+ Utilise social, digital, and PR channels to maximize the exposure of all F&B outlets and support revenue-driving promotional activities.
**GENERAL**
+ Develop annual and seasonal F&B marketing strategies and campaign calendars in collaboration with F&B Operations, Culinary, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
+ Act as a key liaison between the Food & Beverage division and the Marketing & Communications team, ensuring alignment of marketing activities with business priorities and revenue objectives.
+ Prepare, coordinate and facilitate regular F&B Marketing Meetings, including agenda preparation, activity updates and follow-up actions.
