Job Description

Reddington Farms is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee our pig farming and aquaculture (catfish) operations. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong farm management expertise, animal husbandry skills and leadership abilities to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily farm operations, including pig farming and catfish aquaculture.

  • Develop business strategies to improve farm profitability and marketability of products.

  • Implement best practices in animal husbandry, fish farming and sustainable agriculture.

  • Supervise crop cultivation for livestock feed production and commercial purposes.
