Job Description

What you will do:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of functions in the operation of the Farm Equipment division in our Neerlandia, AB location. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions to oversee and monitor client satisfaction levels, ensure customer issues are resolved, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Leading customer relations by becoming the main point of contact for bins and augers.

  • Partner with other internal departments as we look to best serve our customers.

  • Build lasting relationships by understanding our customers' needs and business practices and offering creative solutions.

  • Travel to customer sites offering solutions, providing complex support and knowledge of products, and deliveries of equipment.

  • Maintain office records and cover daily transactions receiving/invoicing/etc.
