职责描述：

· 负责公司产品的营销和专业性技术支持工作

· 负责按照公司计划和流程推动产品的销售和进行学术推广

· 发展及实现产品的有效的医院覆盖，并开发潜在市场

· 负责提供市场反馈信息，完成日常性的销售报表

· 负责与客户建立良好关系，保持和维护公司品牌和形象

· 对代理商进行有效管理和支持辅导

职位要求：

· 本科及以上学历，8年及以上医疗器械相关行业销售经验，2年及以上销售管理经验；

· 良好的沟通、团队合作能力

· 踏实勤奋，有吃苦耐劳精神

· 良好的领导力，解决问题的能力和不断学习的能力
