Family Specialist II/Case Manager – Bachelor’s Degree

Location(s):Manchester, Maine and Skowhegan, Maine
Licenses/Certifications:BHP and OQMHP-PNMI certification
Education:Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service or related field
Experience:Minimum of one year of professional experience working with children and their families who have emotional or behavioral challenges
**Job Description**
The Family Specialist II will function within the team of providers in the Treatment Foster Care Program or in community-based programs as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) or a Targeted Case Manager (TCM). Will work with children, families, foster families, birth families, and outside providers in a manner appropriate to the service being delivered. The goal of these services is to assist individuals in obtaining the support and skills they need to improve their level of functioning within their homes and communities.
