Position Summary

The Family Preservation Manager will lead and supervise the Gaw Tlagée Old Massett team of Family Preservation Workers by providing hands‑on guidance and fostering culturally grounded and holistic supports for Haida children and families. The Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations, provide coaching and mentorship, coordinate programming, conduct case reviews, and ensure compliance with HCF standards and reporting requirements.
