Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-5p (12-1 lunch) or will take 4, 10 hour days. Provider cannot have Fridays off - Must be a Tuesday - Friday schedule if they choose the 4, 10 hour days.
Patient Volume: Family Practice - pediatric through geriatric (Internal Medicine is also acceptable)
High elderly population with multiple comorbidities
36 patient care hours, 4 hours of admin built into schedule (not eligible for overtime, unless approved in advance)
16+ patients per day, concentration on chronic disease management
EMR: Meditech Expanse; Have Dragon Dictation available
License: NH license
