Clinical Duties
* Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
* Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
* Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
* Provide preventive care (immunizations, screenings, annual checkups)
* Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic imaging
* Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans
* Perform minor in-office procedures (suturing, biopsies, joint injections)
Patient Care & Communication
* Develop long-term patient relationships
* Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
* Counsel patients on lifestyle changes (nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation)
* Coordinate care with specialists when needed
Full-time
* Monday through Friday schedule
* Practice autonomously with independent patient panel
* Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3 weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year
