Base salary of $315,000 + quality and RVU bonuses. Employed Position with Full Benefits, Signing bonus and a yearly retention bonus Call is 1:5 (can be done from home) - No ER coverage required. IPERS retirement (employee contributes 6.29% up to 315k and Hospital contributes 9.44% up to 315k). PTO - 240 hours annually.
