Compensation: $231,000 $300,000 annually (based on experience)
Full-Time Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 4-Day (10-Hour) Schedule

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join a respected, mission-driven community health organization serving diverse and underserved populations throughout the Greater Sacramento region.

This is an outpatient-only opportunity within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on access, equity, and comprehensive care delivery.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of post-residency clinical experience required
No new graduates
Minimum 1 2 years of FQHC or community health outpatient experience required
