- Location: Fillmore
- Length: 3months
- Start: ASAP
- Credentialing: 2 weeks
- Patient volume: 3/4 per Hr
- Staffing: 2 up front; 2 MA s; 1 LVN
- EMR: Next Gen
- All-Inclusive Rates
- BC: MUST BE FM
- All ages
- Schedule: M-F; 9am-530pm; 1 late shift per week from 11a-8pm on either Monday or Thursday
