We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to be part of our dynamic team. The position offers:

• Days/Times: M-F (8-5pm)
• Patient Volume: 8-10
• EMR system: Velocity
• Contract: Starting ASAP - 3 months, ongoing

Requirements

• Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
• License: AZ License, DEA, flu & COVID vaccinations
