Job Description
*Family Physician (NOC 31102)*
*Coulee Medical Clinic Ltd. operating as Coulee Medical Clinic *
● Permanent, Full-time for 6 Family Physician positions
● On site from clinic locations in Southern Alberta at:
○ 740 4 Ave S., #210, Lethbridge, AB. T1J 0N9
○ 4110A Westview Close, Taber, AB. T1G 0C8
○ 301 4 Ave, Stirling, AB T0K 2E0
● Salary: Minimum $10,000 biweekly or 75% of total billings, whichever is greater, paid bi-weekly
● Hours: 30 to 44 hours/ week
● Benefits: Health benefits, financial benefits ($25,000 signing & retention bonus), other benefits
● Language: English
● Education: Degree in medicine
● Minimum experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
● Credentials: College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) and Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
