This Temporary, Full-Time role involves guiding youth aged 11 to 29 and their families from equity-deserving communities through the complexities of mental health and addiction services. Working closely with The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO) in Thorncliffe Park and Flemingdon Park, you will build trust and facilitate access to necessary supports. You will join a team committed to equitable access and positive change within the community.
