**Opportunity Details**
+ Two-year income guarantee of $290,19
+ $150,000 recruitment incentive, a 403B match, paid malpractice, day one benefits, and 31 days annual time off.
+ CME allowance of $6,000
+ 4 Family Medicine Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
+ Outpatient lifestyle friendly call
