**CHI Health and Medical Group Enterprise** is seeking a BE/BC **Family Medicine Physician** to join our multi-practice healthcare system. This opportunity is well suited for a Family Medicine Physician that thrives in a fast paced environment with passion to deliver quality patient care to all ages.

+ Outpatient Practice
+ Full specialty support
+ 4 or 4.5 day work week (36 patient hours a week)
+ EPIC EMR
+ Limited telephone call only; including after hours nurse triage line
+ Superb support staff of experienced providers nurses and administration
