- Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm; 4-day workweek with one dedicated admin day

- Compensation: - $220,000 - $300,000 based on experience- Productivity metrics as well to boost total earnings- Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for those outside the service area- $10,000 stipend offered to those in a leadership role
