Job Description

Job Title: - Family Hub Support Officer

Base Location: Holmfield House, W10 5PE

Job type: - 3-month

Salary: PAYE - £18.30/hour

Job Purpose

To provide efficient administrative and business support to the Early Help Service, ensuring effective service delivery across Family Hubs. The role includes acting as a first point of contact for families, maintaining accurate records and databases, and supporting operational and reporting activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and handling enquiries in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Register new families and ensure all service user information is recorded in line with procedures.
