Kent County Council is looking for a dedicated Family Hub Practitioner to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities aged 0-11. This role involves delivering high-quality interventions and activities both within Family Hubs and through outreach in the community, with a focus on a Whole Family approach.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, and will be integral in enhancing outcomes for children and young people while fostering community engagement.
