Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in regular examinations by banking regulators
• Advising on the legal implications of proposed business initiatives and transactions
• Researching and analyzing federal and state regulations, guidance, and enforcement actions
• Monitoring for regulatory developments and emerging trends, and communicating relevant updates to stakeholders
• Collaborating with Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs teams to evaluate and influence public policy
• Assisting with review, interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures that are either related to, or impacted by CRA, SCRA or MLA-related considerations
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders on compliance and control efforts (e.g., assisting in the development and delivery of related training and educational materials for internal teams)
