Summary:

The Reality Labs Quality team is seeking an experienced Early Field Failure Analysis Engineer to conduct detailed root cause analysis on device failures.
You will be responsible for performing failure analysis on high-volume, technically complex consumer products such as Meta smart glasses and Meta Quest virtual reality headsets. You will leverage your debug and diagnostic skills and utilize a wide array of failure analysis techniques to isolate the root cause of hardware failures. You will also communicate your findings and recommendations to a highly cross-functional team to influence and drive improvements to the quality of current and future products.
