The client specializes in modular rooms and is currently working on a four-star lodge project located on the Crocodile River. They utilize a production line process for commercial construction that focuses on precision and high-quality standards.

The Role: Factory Foreman (Contract)

The Factory Foreman exists to oversee 4 production lines and 18 workstations at the Village Deep site. The role ensures production sequencing and trade coordination to deliver fully fitted products that meet hospitality standards. The main focus is maintaining production flow, preventing stoppages, and achieving real-time defect rectification.
