The Facility Technician is responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and repair of installed electrical, mechanical and other systems to ensure cost-effective, safe operation of an assigned facility with a view to long-term preservation of the asset value. Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems in compliance with local codes and standards. Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations. Understand equipment and methods of operations, Client systems, and fire and life safety systems. Comply with all safety procedures and requirements; comply with local, country and other ordinances and codes.
