Position Summary:
The Facilities Supervisor is a hands-on, tactical leader responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and operation of the organization’s facilities, grounds, and vehicle fleet. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role ensures that all physical assets are well-maintained, compliant, and support high-quality service delivery.
This position executes operational priorities on the ground, including preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor coordination.
