**General Summary**

Performs a variety of duties to coordinate the activities of the Engineering department, to ensure compliance with the PA Department of Health and The Joint Commission. Maintains the department's Maintenance Management System's work order and preventative maintenance system.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Essential Functions:**

+ Acts as the department manager's agent to the department foremen and engineering staff to coordinate maintenance activities involving regulatory compliance life safety and environment of care PM's and preserves the records of these activities. Sustains the department regulatory dashboards and reports level of ongoing compliance to the manager of engineering.
