Summary The selected applicant will serve as Facility Service Assistant for Facility Management Service (FMS), specifically in the Work Order section of the Maintenance and Repair section of FMS. They will assist the service and its customers with effective, responsive and efficient service in response to repair requests for maintenance and repair. Responsibilities Major Duties include but are not limited to: Initiates, tracks, and processes maintenance and repair work orders and related contract actions. Prepares contract modifications and submits request to contracting officials as required. Monitors contractor performance and supports quality assurance. Reviews of maintenance services. Establishes and adjusts work priorities and helps resolve scheduling conflicts or workload issues. Tracks, updates and compiles preventative maintenance work orders on a reoccurring monthly basis.
