**Position Overview:**

Responsible for the all aspects of leading and managing the regional operations of acute or large portfolios of ambulatory/non-acute facilities which includes implementation of policies, procedures and programs as well as oversight that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building meeting the requirements of the applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) while placing maximum emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of the occupants. Responsible for financial oversight, landlord and occupant relations, lease planning and coordination, maintenance and repair oversight, contract management, and informing and implementing the requirements of a long term capital plan.
