JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage overall facilities operations and maintenance to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient building operations.
• Oversee the maintenance team across Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil systems, ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage daily facilities management activities including operations, resource planning, and incident or crisis management.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, QHSE requirements, and industry standards.
• Monitor service delivery performance and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and service level targets.
• Oversee maintenance programs for key Mechanical & Electrical systems, including HV/LV systems, UPS, air-conditioning, fire protection systems, and standby generators.
