Summary

The Facility Manager III is responsible for owning and driving all activities in the building(s) ensuring facilities are operated safely, cost effectively, and efficiently as per the Statement of Work and client contract. This role is the primary representative for day‑to‑day client and tenant contact and will work in collaboration with all key BGIS departments.

Responsibilities

• Follow Health and Safety and Emergency Response procedures.
• Collaborate with BGIS Health, Safety and Environment Teams to promote a safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and legislative policies, environmental, building code and other standards.
• Lead safety and compliance throughout the building/region.
• Follow the structured Hazard Observation Inspection program to maintain compliance.
• Oversee compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
