Job Description
Why This Role Matters
The FM coordinator shall be responsible for the Facility Management of the companys head office buildings and employees accommodations ensuring operational efficiency safety and service quality. By coordinating a BESIX team and with the support of subcontractors he/she shall maintain a high standard of service to ensure employees satisfaction.
What Youll Drive- Pro-active attitude in detecting issues ahead controlling team performance and thinking continous improvement
- Oversee day-to-day soft and hard FM operations for offices. Intervene for hard FM in accommodations.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and respect the budget and the performance standard.
- Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related issues ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain the documentation related to offices up-to-date
