Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of M&E and ACMV systems including air-conditioning, electrical, and mechanical facilities.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance with company standards and safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot and rectify system abnormalities promptly.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing, repair, and replacement works.
- Support emergency call-outs and standby duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company EHS policies.
- Participate in safety and emergency response (CERT / First Aid) training and activities.
- NTC / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
