Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Operate and continuously monitor facility systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety systems during assigned shifts.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support in response to service requests from facility users.
  • Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and within defined operating limits.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities in accordance with established maintenance plans.
  • Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic system adjustments.
  • Identify and report abnormal operating conditions, recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Accurately update preventive maintenance records, checklists, and work orders in logbooks or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Respond promptly to equipment faults, alarms, and service complaints.
