Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Maintenance
  • Oversee and maintain facility systems including HVAC (WCPU), air compressors, air dryers, sewage treatment systems, and general building infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with work-at-height safety standards during maintenance activities.
• Hands-On Technical Support
  • Perform maintenance and servicing of cooling towers and split unit air conditioners.
  • Install and maintain Compressed Dry Air (CDA) piping and compressor piping systems.
