About The Role

As a Facilities Supervisor at CBRE, you’ll play a vital leadership role in delivering seamless, high‑quality workplace operations. You’ll lead and support a dedicated team while collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently, safely, and to CBRE’s high standards. This role sits within CBRE’s Facilities Management function, where excellence in service, integrity in execution, and respect for people and places guide everything we do. You’ll support the operational performance of a portfolio of assets, working in partnership with Property Managers to coordinate repairs, oversee preventive maintenance, and contribute to capital planning and investment initiatives.
