**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinates oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work. Will seek concurrence from senior facility operations specialists to ensure services rendered are within the O&M policy.
+ Responsible work order submissions have been processed and ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
