Job Description

What you will do

  • Develop project scope of works for factory tool installations,
  • central facilities plant upgrades, and cleanroom construction projects.
  • Management of Sub- Contractors undertaking routine and emergency tasks.
  • Creation of Permit to work forms.
  • Validation of Risk and Method Statements.
  • Creation of Scope of works for quotation/ tender processes.
  • Budget and Expense management control and reporting.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritise work schedules, minimising
  • downtime and maximising resources.
  • Ability to confidently liaise with other support Departments
  • and functions.
  • Manage and control ‘Facilities Work Request’
  • (ad -Hoc facilities requests) process.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure priority
  • conflicts are resolved effectively.
  • Working knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations.
