**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking a Facilities Planner II to support the Louisville KY site. Working under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Planner will be responsible for facilities space allocation, planning, renovation and new build to maintain a safe and efficient work environment that is consistent with BAE Systems space standards. This role will liaison and coordinate with other departments, vendors, contractors and engineers to meet space planning requirements throughout changing and evolving workplace needs. This role is responsible for:

+ Ensure proper functioning of facilities office, meeting, and break areas
+ Ensure new space standards meet BAE Systems workplace standards
+ Make recommendations for products and services
+ Monitor and report renovation/new build activities
