About the Role

As Facilities Planner, you will deliver projects that drive sales, improve process efficiency and support consistent store execution. Build cross-functional partnerships, develop and grow business relationships, influence business partners and gain support on project expectations


What You’ll Do

+ ​ Oversee daily utility usage (electric, gas, water) to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
+ Lead the preparation and submission of all local, state, and federal energy compliance reports
+ Manage capital projects from inception to completion including budgeting, incentive applications, and closeout
+ Manage all aspects of utility rebate programs to maximize ROI o infrastructure investments.
+ Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching new energy-efficiency programs, funding/revenue opportunities
