Specific Responsibilities

We are seeking a Facilities Operations Engineer II or Senior Facilities Operations Engineer to serve as a critical interface between Facilities Engineering, Production Operations, and Production Engineering in the Permian Basin. This role is highly field-oriented and is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving real operational problems, troubleshooting facilities in partnership with field teams, and driving fit-for-purpose solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and execution.  This position will spend significant time in the field working directly alongside operations personnel to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, support facility optimization efforts, and help ensure practical execution of projects and modifications.
