We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Manager.

In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for the day-to-day activities of outside properties staff. They oversee the ongoing maintenance and repairs to building interiors, exteriors and roofs.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up project schedules. Monitor progress of the renovations. Schedule manpower accordingly. Oversee the procurement of maintenance supplies, tools and materials.

Meet with tenants and vendors to inspect and complete property requests, provide access to properties, perform inspections and track work order tickets. 

Monitor the progress of the efforts of the in-house staff and outside contractors to ensure remediation of all identified Life Safety Code deficiencies. Maintain the required documentation to ensure continued compliance with the proper sealing of all fire and smoke rated barriers throughout the facility.
