Key Objective

Play a key role in shaping the long‑term performance of the Centre by delivering a robust asset strategy that protects and enhances the building fabric, systems, plant, and equipment while driving innovation to maintain its premium positioning. You’ll also lead the development and delivery of an effective contract procurement and management plan, ensuring all services meet consistently high standards and reflect best‑practice estate management.
