Data Centre Critical Facilities Manager | Finland

A leading global data centre operator, scaling out their Nordic footprint, is hiring a Critical Facilities Manager to take full ownership of mechanical and electrical operations at their Finnish site.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for 24/7 mission‑critical operations across electrical, HVAC, water and fire systems.

The role

You'll lead the M & E function on the ground in Finland, owning the full lifecycle of O & M across all critical systems. That covers everything from running the day‑to‑day maintenance programme through to leading complex fault response, optimising PUE through free cooling and waste heat recovery, and driving energy and automation upgrades through BMS and EMS.
