**Job Title:** Maintenance Worker

**Position Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Maintenance Worker** to join our Facilities Team in West Melbourne, FL. This role is responsible for day-to-day maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs within our facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The Maintenance Worker coordinates closely with Facilities leadership to complete work orders, perform scheduled maintenance, and respond to facility emergencies.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**


+ Coordinate daily work orders with Facilities Supervisor/Lead.
+ Practice excellent housekeeping and custodial standards throughout the facility.
+ Empty trash cans, mop cafeteria and restrooms, replenish paper products, vacuum offices and high-traffic areas, etc.
