**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The Facilities Technician performs a wide range of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to support building operations at a 4-star hotel in DC. This role focuses on general plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems while providing professional, customer-facing service in a contemporary, technology-driven environment.

**Schedule**

+ All technicians are assigned to an 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm shift, and are required to work one weekend day.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general plumbing tasks, including changing shower heads, sinks, drains, and related fixtures.
+ Carry out general carpentry work such as repairing beds, doors, and other structural components using hand and power tools.
