**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports day-to-day building operations by completing a wide range of maintenance tasks across multiple locations. This role responds to work orders, performs basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related work, and coordinates with outside vendors to ensure the facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable.

**Responsibilities**

+ Respond to facility maintenance work orders across all buildings using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
+ Travel between the North Scottsdale and Deer Valley locations to complete assigned maintenance tasks.
+ Perform tasks such as painting, patching holes in drywall, and hanging pictures, whiteboards, or TVs.
