**Facilities Maintenance Technician**

**Shift Availability:**

+ **1st shift : Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm ( on call aspect off hours when needed )**
+ **2nd shift : Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm**

**Pay Rate : $30/hr.**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general building maintenance, including repairs to doors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, drywall, and other facility systems.
+ Complete preventive maintenance tasks on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues on facility and production systems.
+ Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and facility improvement projects to support operational needs.
+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders, documenting work performed and parts used.
