Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: 948 Meridian Lake Dr, Aurora, IL 60504

Duration: Temp-to-hire

Pay Rate: $32-40/hr on W2 (Including all benefits)

Shift: 1st shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM), flexible start between 6 8AM / First day hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Responsible for building maintenance , not production line work.


• Techs respond to facility tickets (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, furniture repairs, door/dock issues).


• Performs "handyman tasks: assembling furniture, replacing fixtures, basic plumbing repair, light electrical troubleshooting.


• Serious/regulated work (fire/sprinkler/backflow) handled by third party vendors technician assesses, then escalates.
