**Responsibilities:**

+ Routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building tasks assigned continues to run smoothly indoors and outdoors.
+ Fix plaster or drywall, paint, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, and other miscellaneous tasks.
+ Assemble, set-up and maintain modular and other furniture, machinery and/or equipment as required.
+ General cleaning and upkeep of building/property, snow removal etc.
